Seven Minutes In Heaven

With nowhere else to go after her husband announces he’s leaving her, Megan’s unsympathetic mother suggests she stay at the summer house on Cape Cod to lick her wounds. Almost immediately after arriving, she’s reunited with Andi, a friend from her teenage years.

Sixteen years earlier, on the verge of adolescence, Megan forged a short friendship with the blond haired townie who had a reputation for independence as well as kissing other girls. Disapproving, her cousin had locked them in a closet for a cruel joke game of Seven Minutes In Heaven.

It had been Megan’s first kiss and neither had forgotten the brief game despite the years. Now adults, through walks on the beach, visits to nearby Provincetown, and tumultuous emotional upheavals, the two women must figure out if being together is only a game or really heaven.

  1. Absolutely loved this book. I started it with the intention of getting some light reading done before bed, but I couldn’t put it down. Now I’m gracefully going to suffer through my morning that starts in a few hours. The only way I would have been able to put the book down was if the kindle died due to a power outage. I hope there are more books to come in the near future.
